Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders delivered within Massachusetts. Any order shipped within Massachusetts will be subject to 5% sales tax.

Prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up-to-date, Ultimateclassroom.com, its affiliates, and employees will not be help responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any other information contained on this site.
Ultimateclassroom.com strives to be as accurate as possible in all of our product descriptions, product images, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced to on the site. However, occasional slight errors may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete and/or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, Ultimateclassroom.com at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct, or remove the inaccurate information. By using this site, and/or placing any orders, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Ultimateclassroom.com arising from any product sold on the site shall be the price you paid for product(s) ordered. In no event, or under any circumstances, shall Ultimateclassroom.com, its affiliates, employees, or other representatives be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, third-party or punitive damages/injuries related to or resulting from any product sold.
The Ultimateclassroom.com web site and all the materials therein are provided “as is”. By using this site, you agree that Ultimateclassroom.com, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any and all damages arising from the operation, content, or use of Ultimateclassroom.com. Payment Terms
We currently accept the following Payment Methods:

• Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order. (All checks must be cleared before items will ship out)
• Purchase Orders (please contact us to set up an order)
If you place an order with a purchase order you agree to pay the amount due within 30 days of ordering and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Order Status
Ultimateclassroom.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. Your tracking number(s) will be emailed to you once the item(s) is shipped and we update the system. You may also check Ultimateclassroom.com to get the latest information about your order status.
Shipping Information
Items are shipped as soon as they are ready. Depending on the product, this can take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. We will do our best to keep you informed of the latest status of every product in your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. NEVER SIGN FOR ANY DELIVERY BEFORE YOU INSPECT IT FOR DAMAGES. We recommend opening every package and inspecting it fully before you sign. Once you sign, you become wholly responsible for the product, and Ultimateclassroom.com will no longer be responsible for any damages to the original product(s).
Shipping Costs
Because we sell many heavy products, some items can only be shipped via freight. This means that your order CANNOT be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and/or AIRBORNE. Instead, a freight company will deliver your order. There may be restrictions and/or additional fees associated with deliveries to certain geographical locations and/or residential areas. Furthermore, these charges may not be reflected in your order total upon completing checkout. Your shipping and handling cost may have to be modified to accommodate this depending on the items you ordered. If any changes need to be made to your order we will contact you before we charge your credit card.
Order Processing
All orders require 24-48 hours for processing if there are no problems with the payment verification. Also, because we want to protect our customers from credit card fraud, please allow one extra day for alternate shipping address verification.
Order Changes
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged and/or is not already in production. Please call us during business hours to change your order. Please always have your order number ready to help expedite the process. You can also request a change via email, but you must receive a reply from us to confirm the change. Simply submitting the email is not a guarantee of a change of order.
Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed, shipped, or is in production. Please call us during our normal business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 24-48 hours (business days only). You can also request a change via email, but you must receive a reply from us to confirm the change. Simply submitting the email is not a guarantee of an order cancellation.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of a fax, email, or any other form of order confirmation does not signify Ultimateclassroom.com's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to either accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is not binding upon Ultimateclassroom.com until it is accepted. Please be aware that in order to keep our customers safe, we may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Product Specifications, Images, and Listings Disclaimer
Our product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research. Please make sure you know what you are purchasing before you order. Please contact us if you have any questions before you place your order.
Product Returns
To return any product an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number AND shipping address BEFORE sending the item(s) back. Once issued, an RMA is good for 20 days from date of issuance. RMA numbers will not be reissued or extended under any circumstance. In addition, they are NOT transferable. Please make sure to prominently display the RMA number on the return packaging. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for any return item. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and include some form of tracking. Once the product(s) are received, inspected and found to be in good resale condition, your credit card will be issued a refund credit. If the item is damaged, missing parts, or in any way unfit for resale, this return contract will be breached and the customer will be responsible for the item.
Warranty Information
Ultimateclassroom.com is a distributor of products only and makes no representation, implied or expressed, of a warranty with respect to the products contained in this site except those stated in this Terms of Use. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's individual warranty.
Price Matching / Price Policy
We strive to offer our customers high quality functional products at a competative price. Therefore, we are unable to offer price matching. For your convenience, we update our site daily with new products and any change in products and/or pricing.
